After buying a car from Findlay on which the service engine light would go off and on, we took it to be serviced by them on three different times. Each time they would give a differnt excuse. T
He first two times the said it was the gas cap, the third time they said their diognostic machine they use to check it was out of service! After some time and plenty of cash spent and phone calls later, our car ended up in their shop for repairs.
Then they told us the extended warranty they sold us would not cover the repairs, becuase it was not a lubracated part. Findlay refused to help repair the car and ordered the car off their property! When we went to pick up our vehicle via tow truck which cost $295.00 Findlay charged us $498.00 for engine break down which was dismanteled and thrown in the back seat of the car grease and all.
Then on top of that charged us $250.00 for storage! But thats not all! When we examined the car we notice several parts missing from our engine and our 10 Disc CD player was stolen of the car too! We found out the car had a manufactors defect and are convinced that Findlay Knew about this when they sold the car to us!
Honestly I don't know how Robert Terry, Ray Mines, Jerry Williams can sleep at night, knowing the have wrongfuly taken our money and food out of the mouths of our children! The Attorney Generals office is now in the process of investigating this. Like a mirror of their souls, may thier wrong doings be three times returned to them!
