We bought a new motorhome from RV 101 in 01-04-01. The dealer convinced us to buy an extended warranty through them from Heritage. We did so and the agreement was if we did not file any claims for the seven year warranty we would get a full refund of $3595.00 from Heritage. We tried calling the 1-800-753-5236 and it is a bad number. We went on the internet for an update and found out there were blogs about folks who had been ripped off from Heritage. We mailed them a copy of their service contract gurantee # HRG 106450, as well as a copy of our 2008 motorhome registration but we are fearful we just wasted our time due to the information on the computer.
