Car was dropped off for restoration at Tri-Power Motor Sports June
- $5200 yielded a car is complete dis-assembly
- Tri-Power disolved in Fall of 2007
Tri-Power was bought by two Partners and renamed Famous Auto Crafters
Famous Auto Crafters dis-avowed any responsibility for prior company mis-management
Jan signed a Contract to finish restoration of a car with Famous Auto Crafters.
Agreed price was not to exceed $6000
$4000 Down with Agreed delivery April 1
The car had the suspension reinstalled and work stopped
Partnership disolved and business Renamed Famous Auto Body in July
(Business Cards were the same the whole time).
In September the business claimed the contract was void due to exit of a partner. New estimate was $8400 with $1000 up front was demanded
No body work was done... Gas and Brake lines prevented car from being road tested.
I pulled the car out of the shop in September
