My husband bought a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealer less than a year ago. Not even two months after we got the truck, it started having problems. Larry Miller decides to be nice (after we told them we would get a lawyer) and they fix the issue, however we still had to buy the parts they only paid for their mechanics labor.
We get free oil changes and extensive checks for the truck. My husband takes the truck in, gets an oil change and system check, we are told the truck needs REAR brakes, but is fine otherwise. So we get the rear brakes replaced (which our mechanic says are fine). Less than a week goes by, we go on a trip, and the front end goes out. Leaving my husband, his son, and myself stranded in the middle of absolutely no where. Yet Larry Miller mechanics say "Oh well".
When this truck was purchased we were promised that in one year we would be able to trade it in and get the truck we actually wanted. Now they are saying that isn't how they work.
What kind of person can run a business this way? How do they keep getting customers? People need to be informed that this company has no conscience, and does not care about is customers.
