Terrible Service department

I have a 1999 Ford Explorer Sport 4x4 I have had this vehicle now for just over a year. It is been in service more then I have drove it. The truck is on its fourth engine due to crappy engines received from LQK Engines of Avon Indiana. I have had a new transfer case, new ball joints, new front axle, new sway bar struts, front drive shaft, many different sensors.

And of course they will not put in you in a rental car for nothing. Not only all that stuff but about every time I take my truck in for service I get it back with some kinda scratch. This last time they put a 5 inch scratch on my drivers door. The service department has no regard for other peoples property.

Then even better then all that is I brought my truck in now three separte times for the same front end noise and they just keep replacing random parts and the service manager tells me that they can not figure out whats wrong with it so I pretty much have to live with the problem. So now if I want to get it fixed I have to pay to have it diaginosed at a place where there not idiots and then have them approve the bill. I thing that is so wrong if they are not able to do there jobs then they should pay for someone else to do it and find out whats wrong with it. And different members of the corp office ignore your phone calls but I be if you are one day late on your payment they will call you in a heart beat.
