Bought new Durango in 1998, no issues, nice people to deal with. The problem was the service dept

Bought 98 Durango from these folks, good deal, no issues, well taken care of. Truck ran very well, no issues what so ever, never even had to bring the truck in for any work, except tune up & so on. The problem started when the front end started to shake (out of warr.) I took the car in a number of times, they never fixed the problem, they would replace the tie rod ends, the ball joints & on & on racking up bills over 1K, still not fixed, they said they saw no issues with the truck, even know the front end was no better.

Took the truck toa dealer across town for them to look at it, they were able to fix for a little over 100 bucks, to about 1 hour— told me the other dealer didn't know what they were doing & just followed a progression of replacing the parts that may cause the issue at my expence, sometimes the hit the right part sometimes not. I took them to small claims court, with thier lawyer & head service tec they knew how to beat the little guy, if I would have had the tec from the other dealership come I would have been awared the money back, you would think that a dealership would just solve the issues rather than going to all this trouble— Well it time to buy a new truck & I'm damn sure Moser wont be on the list
