I purchased a motor from them less than a year ago. I paid $875.00 CASH and they gave me the warranty papers, and a hand written receipt. It had a 15 month guarantee on it. It died after six months.
First they said it was the installers fault, then when we proved it defective, they said they could not find the receipt information in their computer and the handwritten was not good enough.
End result? I spent $875 for a motor, $650 to install it and then had to buy another from another company at $950 and pay $550 to have it installed! If I had the cojones, I'd become a shoplifter and rob them blind!!!
