Gulf Trading warrantee ripoff dishonored victimized many consumers Rosedale

Bought used SUV, from this company, with a 90 day warrantee covering the entire vehicle. Transmission acted up almost as soon as I drove off with it.

Got the runaround for almost the entire 90 days with promises and lies. Was told that the Transmission needed a certain part., that was not covered. The part was fictitious, phoney, no such part!!!

I had the transmission repaired at my expense and took them to court for reimbursement. I, of course, won the case and now have a judgement for $1010.00 against them, only it is in the previous company name of Gulf Trading. They very conveniently changed the company name before I could collect on the judgement.

By the way they have been investigated by the Better Business Bureau and the Dept, of Consumer Affairs, so, BEWARE!!!
