I purchased an extended warranty for my pick-up from The Warranty Department on 06/18. I traded vechicles on 04/07 and contacted the company and followed the instructions they gave me to cancel the warranty. I was told that it would take about 60 days to get my refund check. It is now going on 4 months and the company's customer service will not return my calls even after I have tried numerous time to resolve this issue. I have been ripped off by this company.
