I bought a 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara in June and I wish that I would have purchased it at another dealership. The people at this establishment leave a lot to be desired when it comes to honesty and fair play. I asked initially if there were any rebates and I was told there were none but 2,500.00 dollars in rebate shows up on the contract after I agree to give them a 1000.00 dollars cash.
I had a trade that was not working and I still owed two thousand dollars which they told me they would not take but after I gave the keys back to them on the Suzuki they were more than willing to accept the trade but before that they tried everything to get me to keep the car. It was even suggested by the staff that I abandon the trade and not pay it off since I would have a new car. That would help my credit!
