I turned in a Jeep March 8th after a lease expired and recieved a "condition report" from the dealership. The beginning of April, I recieved another "condition report" dated the 22nd and printed on the 31st of March which was very different from the original I had recieved from the dealership. When I inquired about it, all I got and have gotten since is you owe the total, it doesn't matter what the first report said, it doesn't matter that we had the vehichle in our care and control, etc...
Chrysler financial was no more help. They said there is nothing they could do but take $25 off. I said no and they turned it over to a collection agency, who by the way offered my 25% off. Even though I am still a chrylser financial customer and have never missed or been late with a payment in 3 leases, this is how they treated me!
Napleton never got back to me, I then had a freind who is a lawyer call them and now its July 29th and I paid the collection agency just to get this OVERWITH. I will NEVER lease from Chrylser again and will never ever go back to Napleton.
I have had many leases and always paid whatever the original inspection report said; I had no idea they can take your vehichle and then change their mind!!!
