We were offered early termination for our current lease in exchange for a new chrysler lease or purchase. We leased a new vehicle and gave them the old lease. Three weeks later we were contacted by Chrylser financial demanding full payment for the remaining five months of our old lease.
GO dodge southwest verbally told us that all we owed was any overage in mileage and an early termination fee of $300. Chrysler financial is demanding $3900 for the car which GO dodge southwest already sold. We had told southwest that we did not want to do this if we had to pay two leases. Now we have to pay two leases and have one car to drive. GO dodge southwest is not taking responsibility for their mistake and is not rewriting the current lease.
