The service at Neillo could not be worse. Service reps do not communicate with customers and vehicles sit there unless its something easy like an oil change. Actually I have waited 2 days for my car for just an oil change with an appointment. They always make you feel like they are doing you the favor. Service reps regularly lie about things that most reasonable people would be understanding if the hadn't just lied to you.
Unless you have alot of time to manage service reps don't buy a car at Neillo. The service rep actually answered his phone and told me he only had a minute to talk to me because he was helping customers. I'm not sure who he thought I was; but I'm a customer. Why would you answer a phone if you had a customer in front of you that you were helping? Isn't that RUDE to both customers?
