Me and husband took our truck to sell it to carmax. Appraisal was extremely too low. Was no where near what street value is. And then when they give the check, it's not a check it's a bank draft. So you have to be forced to deposit that draft and then wait 3 to 10 day before it's cleared. One goes to sell the car knowing that you need the money and get stuck with this.including my uncle took his van somewhere else and got more money than expected and in cash. No need to wait for anything. Also when you call to speak to the person who took your information and did the paper work, they do not return your phone calls or messages at all. So now they've lost customers and we are not planning to recommend no one. They are the lousiest people to deal with. If I would've known this I would not have even bothered.
