Cashier was checking cabinet for change change I suppose. Required her 10 minute, did'nt appear to treatment there is a-line building. When completed requested for next in-line, completed with 1st cust.in line then waited for next cust., clients were being ethical and awaiting next one in line but cashier needed to declare anything wise, which delay everybody in-line.
2nd factor was worker introduced kid to function, that we have understand issue with that-but she couldn't retain him in check. Playing around and troubling cust.
