Bait and Switch, description and picture did not match item sent

After searching the Net I thought that I had found what I was looking for.

My mistake, I ordered a Power Inverter part #VEC050D because they also had the cable set I needed to set it up. The Cable set was pictured with an in-line fuse and the description read #2AWG 5ft. Length part #VEC084D.

What was sent as the same part was #4AWG 3ft. Length (with no fuse as in the picture)

Clearly the description and the picture was no where near what was sent.

When I was able to finally contact someone at Auto Barn, they said that they would give me a refund BUT I would have to pay the shipping.

As this is being written I don't have my refund yet, but I am already going to be out $16.46 because this site is not really selling what they are showing or describing on their web site.
