I purchased a Fusion in April '08 went on vacation and when I came home the dealership went out of business. Along with an extended warranty, I purchased the Wynn's oil change program @ $1000.00. No other dealership will honor this. I've contacted FoMoCo, Wynn Corp. And both told me "Sorry, theres nothing we can do." I was told by the representive at Wynn's that they have received numerous calls about this but cannot help anyone.
I've tried to contact Elk Grove Ford via e-mail and phone to no avail. What a total rip off. I feel Fords should be responsible for this some how.
