I filled out an on line application for zero down, guaranteed approval. I must have verified this by phone half a dozen times.
When I went to the lot, I met the credit person briefly and then filled out an application with a salesman. I was then asked for a co-signer or $2500 down. I asked him what happened to the guaranteed approval and zero down.
He said I was guaranteed approval, but he was working on the down payment. Needless to say, I did not get a car there and will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
It's hard to trust used car salesmen, then you have companies like this one ripping off hard working people.
