Lorraine Pilitzs' AutoTech of Rockville Center, NY towed our car from an accident. Tow company was on PD approved list. That was in Jan. Of this year. Pilitz has charged over 70.00 dollars a day in storage fees and refused to let insurance adjusters see the car. We never saws the vehicle again. She has held the car hostage to exact her exorbitant fees. Iv'e gone to the Pct in Rockville, Baldwin LI only to be told they can't help. I went to small claims in Nassau County only to be told I could not sue her. I've called Victims Crime for Nassau County, the tow inspector for the county an haven't gotten one once of assistance to find out the location of my car. The New York State Insurance Department said that we needed a lawyer. All because of this companys vile practices - fraud, thievery (yes they stole our car). She lied about speaking to insurance companies on our behalf. AutoTech also got a parking ticket while the car was in their possession, of course I've gotten no help with that either. This woman and her boyfriend work together to rip off anyone unlucky enough to have an accident near one of their locations. Drivers Beware. If you have an accident make sure that AutoTech is not the Tower you use.
