Ordered two beepers for Mitsubishi Diamante at $105 each, in early March, tracked package and no delivery in 10 days, when I contacted them Nicole C politely send me to website to explain shipping process and that they have to wait 21 days before they can act on lost shipment. After daily tracking and e-mails on April 15 Nicole C confirms package not delivered and sends e-mail asking to confirm shipping address (which was correct all along!) Did not hear from company and after 10 more days with daily e-mails not answered I filed complaint with BBB. Amazingly they do not respond to my e-mails but respond to BBB complaint. Issue has been going back and forth with no solution. They kept responding to my BBB with bogus responses that did not address my question (just wanted tracking number info, that was provided for first shipment but not for re-issued shipment, supposedly). Now I know they just want to extend the issue, I just hope it is not too late to claim fraud to my CC. Avoid these crooks. My first bad internet shopping experience a clear sign of our economic situation!
