Hi, I just found out about this site... Today i had a call from Atvdiscounter while i was at work and my wife answered and lady (i assume) said there is no order in my name in their system! I placed the order with Doug -and seems friendly enough to take your order and charge your credit card - on June 11. So i called back over and over and couples of it stayed on the line for minutes before i hold up to Doug. He said YES theres an order with your name and it takes between 10-14 business days. I beleive he told me it takes 7-10 at first!!!
Now i am confused and might go ahead and dispute this bill which i am gonna pay before even get the Scooter. I think they do business with our money by collecting money and then place the order in China or somewhere. How come they now nothing about the order and whereabout after 2 weeks that i placed it?!!
Why in the hell it takes 14 business days for the scooter to come out the warehouse?! And while in process, the agent knows nothing about it or cant track it?!
