MarcParc - Chicago Parking garage-My temporary agency gave me a pass for MarParc on Wells so I parked in Wells garage the first day. However, the second day I saw another Marc - Parc on Hubbard/Orleans just around the corner thinking well they are the same company so I’ll just park there. However, when I got ready to leave and pay for my parking they would not take my employer's prepaid ticket for Wells. The attendant and his supervisor said you'll have to pay or will call the cops! I used my credit card as I had no cash! Now, how stupid is this you have the same name but you won't accept a card from another location! Don't name your company the same if you're NOT! Going to accept another location it’s the same name's tickets! It is nice for MarcParc to use their name recognition at all their locations but then when it comes down to servicing the customer they want it both ways and now there all of sudden all separate from each other!
