Lack of customer service, holding registration for new ca

This letter is to express the lack of customer service and professionalism that I have received from PePe Infiniti in White Plains New York.
I leased an Infiniti G 35x on April 11. My fianc and I walked into PePe Infiniti and after waiting around for 20 minutes we were finally greeted by a sales person named Nerius Aiduk. Subsequent to being shown the car we test drove the G 35x. Once the negotiation began Nerius went to speak with Jeff Mays the sales manager to see what PePe Infiniti could offer us on a 3 year lease. Again we waited alone at Nerius desk for 20 minutes. I am not exactly sure why this process took as long as it did; we had given Nerius the exact payment that we were willing to pay. After he returned, we were told that the amount given to him by Jeff Mays would be the payment we must take as well as only being permitted to lease a car they had in stock. Naturally, I asked to speak with Jeff Mays myself, he came over to Nerius desk and said what can I do for you honey? I was highly insulted by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Jeff Mays. He also made sure to inform me that PePe Infiniti is the number two dealership in the U.S. And I would be hard pressed to find a better deal in another dealership. The two of us were finally able to agree on a monthly payment. While we negotiated with Jeff Mays, Nerius was nowhere to be found. He had already moved onto another customer.
As we entered the next steps to completing out contract with PePe Infiniti, we were left on our own. Nerius handed my fianc the phone and asked that he call the insurance company himself and wait on hold. My fianc was not able to answer the questions the insurance company had, since he is a union carpenter not a car salesperson and Nerius was busy selling a car to another customer.
After spending our entire Saturday at PePe Infiniti we were finally ready to leave with our new car. Presumably, one would think that this is where the frustration ended however, that was not the case. I have been waiting almost two months to receive my registration from the dealership. The temporary registration expired on May 23 and despite the fact that I have already made two payments on the lease, I am now legally barred from driving the car. Each time that I have tried to call the dealership they forward my call to the voice mail of Sandra Longo. Not one of my calls has been returned, and to my astonishment when I called back the receptionist informed me that Sandra no longer works for the company.
Both my fianc and I work full time and often overtime as we are saving for our wedding. Neither of us have the luxury of sitting on the phone all day or traveling back and forth to the dealership to attempt to obtain what should have been sent to us in the normal course. We are simply asking for some assistance in obtaining the registration for our car. At this juncture, I can assure you that in the future we will take our business elsewhere and we will most certainly be sure to let all of our friends and associates know how PePe treats its clients.
We look forward to hearing from you and brining this matter to a close as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for you kind assistance. We regret that this matter had to be raised with you in the first instance but we do not know what else to do.
