Did several mistakes in sending important documents to DMV, Horrible customer service after we purchased the car, ripoff!

We bought the car in 2004. Today June the 13th we are still waiting the front plate and registration sticker from DMV.

DMV told us that Infiniti sent in twice a wrong requests for our plate. We collected so far 700$ tikcets because we still don't have a front plate and sticker. I tried to contact more the one time Infiniti customer service since beginning of May.

They promised to send us a rembursement for the missing plate and a letter with the reasons why they did these mistakes. This letter is very important to us so that we can show to the Police that it wasn't our mistakes. I finally asked to talk to a supervisor today. The woman who is following our "compliance" pretended after 1 month that the letter we were supposed to receive was sent. She put me on hold for over 10 minutes while she was telling the supervisor the entire story. I hunged up!

Still no letter from the infiniti dealership of mission viejo. Still no calls from the infiniti.

We don't recommend to buy your infiniti in missio viejo. Once you buy the car they'll pretend they never met you!
