I went on Memorial Day of this year to look at some cars at Wholesale Outlet. When I got there I saw a nice 2006 BMW with 37k miles on it. Mike came outside and said "Oh you like that one eh?" I was like yeah how much? He was like probably in the mid 30's range. He went to check and came back saying $22,999 with 37k miles. It was still dirty inside and had some decent scratches here and there on the body. The test drive went well and when I pointed out a stain in the leather he was like "Oh we can get it out, same goes for the scratches on the body.
We then sat down to do a trade for my car and then he came back with $763/month. I told him I wanted to be around $450/month in which he then some how got there without a problem. Then all a sudden he was like there is a $2,000 fee on all sticker prices making the car $24,999. I asked for a carfax report which he pretty much made me forget about that and never gave me it until I purchased the car in which I found out it was in an accident. He knew all along and didnt say a word tell I came the next day to confront him.
I came back for my car to be detailed and buffed and they could get the stain out nor didnt even buff my car. I also had a air-pressure light on in the gauges area in which he said could he turned off by them. He said they have certified BMW/Mercedes tech but apparently they couldnt take the light off. I came home afterwards and read the BMW Manual and it took me 5 minutes to reset the air-pressure light... So hmmm good tech huh? Overall this was the worst car buying experience I've ever been through and would advise no-one to buy a car from here ever.
