I received a letter of a bogus account opened in your company under my name. I say bogus because I never authorize this application to go through; therefore I request that you please fix this problem and make sure it does not affect my credit. I have also reported this matter to Equifax. Please help me resolve this matter because I will take no financial responsibility for any purchases made under my name with the account you have given to someone I don't know. Any questions please call me, I will need a spanish translator.
