I mailed in a payment to Chrysler financial which they received and it cleared Apr 7th. A week later I started getting calls from them. I was informed my payment had bounced. I had my bank to fax them a letter and a copy of my bank statement showing that my payment had cleared. I have been continuously harassed over this and my account has not been cleared up yet. I have bought 5 new vehicles and never again will I buy from them. Their Customer service *. They will never get my business again. Chrysler Finacial Customer Service *!
