Stealing money from my bank without authorization or notification

Chrysler Financial is trying to take money out of one of my bank accounts without my authorization or knowledge. I only learned of it when I received the overdraft notice from the bank.
I make my payment to Chrysler on-line. I can input the banking institution that I choose to make a payment. I have recently been using my credit union account.in the past I used an account I have at a bank where I have a checking account. I am currently using my credit union account for on line payments because my checking account is messed up. Chrysler processed a payment that I authorized from my credit union on 12/26/08. On 12/29 and again on 01/02/09 Chrysler Financial has tried to suck money out of my checking account. I did not set this up, I did not schedule, authorize, or approve this. There is not enough money in the checking account to cover a car payment. I am being charged two $35 overdraft fees due to an error (or a conscious attempt by an unscrupulous collection agent to collect a commission) in the system of Chrysler Financial.
Upon phoning Chrysler Financial to ask them to correct this (I kept a representative from my bank on a 3-way call) I was told it was my fault, that they could not change banks in the system, and spoke very rudely to me. The representative from my bank verified with the Chrysler rep that they had in fact attempted to take the monies out of my checking account.
I was told my Chrysler that I needed to correct the bank info on my end. However, the bank info is already correct on my end as far as I can see when I view my payment history on the Chrysler Financial website.
One would think that the auto industry would be trying to keep customers satisfied instead of trying to commit highway robbery. Oh, except, I think they've already succeeded at that... I.E. Billion dollar bailout at the taxpayer's expense...
