I work for drive, this company does not believe in promoting african americans. I relly don't mean to sound racist but over the years i have spent with this company some of the people they place in management and/or higher level positions are majority white people. Most of my negative speaking comes from seeing what i see and hearing what i hear. I know that white people are not the only qualified people for avp/vp positions. If you look at all the higher people in management and above they are alllllllll white. I only see black people in a manager level positions and that's it. They only promote by who know who or who likes who. Most of the avp/vp are simply dumb just know how to talk a good game. I think its very unfair to keep some many qualified people in a stand still position. I would love to file some type of racial law suit due to the way they handle qualified black indiviuals.
Fyi, from what i hear it wasn't like when brower was running the company, he gave opportunity to all races.
