The worst company I've ever dealt with. They take your money and do not stand behind you 100% when your car is in the shop. They are a waste of time. They are super nice when trying to sell you their warranty, but after you have purchased from them, they are total garbage and have no customer service skills. They are useless and I would have never expected such horrible service from such a company. Please do not buy from them, do ur research first. They have many more complaints under BBB. Do not fall for their stupid joke that ALL of them use, 'i understand you cant afford to pay for this all at once... I mean last time i checked, i wasn't related to bill gates either.' such a stupid lame joke. Idiots. And honestly you would think that after you give someone $3400 for a service, they would make sure you are fully satisfied and go beyond expections for your needs, but no, not continental warrenty. PLEASSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! The worst company ever! I wish someone would have told me before I got myself in to this mess.
