This company illegally skims information from websites dedicated to the sales of vehicles such as AutoTrader or with sections for vehicle sales such as Craigslist. They completely ignore any legality as to their calls with regards to the Federal No Call List.
I have verified via e-mail my phone number's registration date on the database and will include the email received here:
"Your phone number with the last four digits XXXX was most recently registered in the National Do Not Call Registry on April 26. Most telemarketers will be required to stop calling you 31 days from your registration date.
Visit https://www.donotcall. Gov to do any of these things:
— to renew your registration
— to file a complaint
Print this email and keep it for your records."
I was called a total of 4 times within a span of 2 hours and when I made an attempt to return their calls the first time, which seems to be their typical tactic, their automated telephone answering device disconnected my call after 15 minutes of hold time, I then returned a call and spoke with a Customer Service Rep to notify them that I was not interested in any of their services and to cease calling my phone. I was then hung up on and had to make several return calls to this number to finally speak to someone to notify them that my phone number is not to receive any unsolicited phone calls from business' due to its current status on the Federal No Call List.
After very little research I find that this company is a continued effort by the current owners of this website dedicated to selling services which are FREE to the public domain via various websites by using these heated, aggressive, unprovoked, and unprofessional sales tactics.

They need to be legally put out of business, before writing this report I have filed a complaint with the No-Call List, contacted AutoTrader with regards to my experience in customer distrust of their website due to business' such as www.usamotorsales.com illegally scraping contact information from their website, and am In process of contacting the BBB in their state.
