This company has taken advantage of me. They have stolen money from my credit card, and I want it back.
I had looked into this company on the grants, because I am wanting to go back to college for a few class. I am a single mother and have ine child still living with me at home. It is hard enough to make endsmeat, but even more harder when you have companies out there who steal money from good honest people.
I had paid for the shipping and handling for $1.99 for this kit, To which I never did recieve at all. Then a month later I get my statement saying that they took an addtional $70.00 more out for this so called kit, that they didn't even send me.
I looked them back up on the internet, and for their site and called their 800 #. All they told me that I was abligated to this payment, because of the fact, I was to refuse it within 14 days. How can you refuse a product if you have never seen or recieved it. Can you tell me that. Can you please get my moneys back.
I really can't afford to just give money aways for nothing, can you, and or one else for that matter?

If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
