The worst. On 9/22/02 we bought a 2001 Nissian Altima and bought the extended warranty, Gold Plus for 5 years or 100k miles. Last July my transmission which shold have been covered they said no because they dated the plan from date car went into service July 09. Plus they messed up parts in car and are the rudest people I've ever seen.
