Regularly charges three times the "in excellent condition" blue book value of the vehicles that are barely in running condition

My wife got the brilliant idea to prove she could buy a vehicle on her own. Upon visiting Big Shoe Auto Sales they were friendly and oh so helpful. They told her she couldn't have the car she wanted, but that they could put her in a car to build her car credit (lie number one), and that she would be able to trade it in in 18 months (lie number two).

Well she believed them and purchased a 1999 model car (I'd tell you make and model but that would help them identify her). The headliner in the car was hanging, it needed the timing belt changed, the car had obviously been in an accident (They told her it hadn't, lie number three), the paint was scratched in several places and the interior had very many cigarette burns.
The price of the car, three times the blue book value of the car if it was the top of line model in excellent condition, neither being the case.

But wait there's more. She found out the hard way the timing belt needed to be changed, the car cut off and when she attempted to re-start it, it was painfully obvious it was the timing belt. She called the service manager Mr. Brown, for three days straight (he never answered his phone) leaving messages each time. On the fourth day I called for her. I still couldn't get in touch with Mr. Brown. I spoke with his supervisor, I told him about the problems she was having with car, he told me he would have Mr. Brown call me. Mr. Brown called her, made her pay for the car to be towed and told her she would have to pay half of the repair costs to get her car back. Now remember at this point we have both been riding public transportation four days.

But wait there's more. Her alarm on the car went off. It wouldn't turn off. I had to crawl under the car and disconnect the horn to make it stop. Again she called Mr. Brown who told her she didn't need a horn.

Since then the cruise control has stopped working, the paypal they put on thier cars has went out three times, leaving us stranded each time. The airbag warning light has come on. Of course they replaced their paypal, but refused to do anything about the others. When it came time for her trade it in, they had not reported her good credit to the credit agencies nor would they trade in her vehicle for another because she was so far upside down in the car.

Avoid the like the plague!
