I have been off about 1 month and a half. Then I was tried to find a better company. I just wanned to be at home more time or at last 2 days each week and BOOOOOM!!! All State Trans Inc. That was Thursday around 5 PM when I went to their office I was spoke with a guy who told me that he is the boss. I have asked him everything and he gave me the application to fill out at home and told me to came on Friday. I went to give a drug test after I took the application. Everything fine so far the truck was dirty inside, but that was nothing
The real problem came up after 500 mi. For 14 hours I was pass about 150 mi Every 20-30 mi new problem and new problem I have call him to going back because this truck will not take me to the end of my trip but for sure to the end of my live
He told me exactly "Are you crazy, Do you know how much is the disel now"Of course, I was late not only because the truck also road condition in Wyoming.
When I went there he was promise me to take a trip back to Chicago or somewhere closer. The trip not only wasn't to Chicago it was all the way to Main close Canada about 50-60 mi and wanned from me to be there for less then 3 days. From Boise, ID to Main I forgot the city there sorry but that was 3120 mi trip and was single not team. I went there on the right date shown in my bills with a lot of troubles with the truck and road conditions. I was unload there and more problems because my fuel card was only for Flying J and some small truck stops and he don't wanned to give me the money to put some fuel. The breaks was false the road condition in Ohio was bed All I wanned to do is go back at home: (and the end of all he charge me 400 dollars because I was decline the trip from Main to somewhere in North Michigan (I thing you see why) and because I was late for delivery to main to Idaho and Chicago
When I ask him why you charge me 400$
He said "I have to charge you more, but I will not do that" I said "Why" He said "Because you only pit the fuel on the most EXPENSIVE truck stops" Can you believe that? Crazy
I will send a claim to department of labor, IRS, DOT small claim court I will sending everyday every week until there license been suspended
I have ask a lot of people about this company and this is the new name of the Cresta Inc witch was steal a 1000's of dollars from the drivers from Chicago and Chicago area include my ex-roommate with 1500$
