To Whom It May Concern,
I bought a brand new Honda Ruckus 50cc scoooter last month, I drove it only 3 times now it has 56 miles then I found out something wrong in the rear wheel when I speed up 40mph too much vibrates and shaking, I contacted with dealer they asked me bring my bike to them, dropped off friday april-11-08 and picked up april-15-08, they checked my bike told me rear wheel bent and it's not warranty problem so I have to pay for it, if I want my problem to be fixed total cost $260 or I have to pay $82.50 for their labor in 1 hour, when I bought it a manager gave me warranty card valid in 1 year and told me anything wrong just bring it back no money cost, why they don't keep their words and also charged me $82.50 for doing nothing, I have no choices paid them and bring my bike back home without fixing it, I am not happy what I paid for, some one out there please help me, I am asking for help lawyers, attorneys please please help me.
