Yesterday, on Saturday April 5 I went to Jensen Tire & Auto in Papillion, Nebraska to have tires and wheels mounted and balanced on my older car. When I recieved the car back from them, all of the wheels and tires had green chemicals on them, and I noticed that the same green chemical was spilled on my back seat.
When I started to clean the green chemical off of the rear seat, I found a 6 inch razor slash through the leather upholstery.
I thought it was odd that Jensen Tire & Auto only charged me 50% of their normal charges for the work on my car. Now I know why; they caused an aditional $500 damage to the car with their wanton vandalism, by slashing my leather upholstery with a razor.
Today is Sunday, and they are not open. I could not take the car back to complain about the $500 damage to my car. I'm sure they will rebuke my claim, and I'll have to submit a police report and claim to my insurance company, which will result in my submission of a lawsuit against Jensen Tire & Auto..
Fair warning... Do not do business with Jensen Tire & Auto
