I brought my car to tires plus on green bay's west side for an oil change and to check a fairly new tire that was losing air in cold weather. They had the car for over an hour. And when i returned they had found approx. 600$ worth of things that needed to be fixed. They told me there was a nail in the tire (very small) and that it could not be fixed. Also they didnt have the tire in stock and would have it in 3 days.
I told them to put the tire back on.
I took my car to a small local shop and they had the tire fixed in about 10 minutes..!!
The mechanic told me it was one of the easiest tires he ever repaired.
Wondering what the other charges were for? Brakes...
Needless to say... I wish i had read these reports before i ever bought tires from them.
