Forged signature

One of lease finance group reps try to sell me on their services, tryed not even for a week and they debited my account under another business name, canceled there service, they said i had weeks to cancel which i did, now they are sueing me, they forged husbands name on lease agreement, i dont know how to handle this one, no one wants to listen
