I brought my x-5 BMW to this guy to have my right side rear mirror replaced he charged me $1000.00 dollars just a few cents shy of what BMW would have charged me. When I went to pick my x5 up the replaced mirror was spray painted flat black and was a complete miss match. When I complained to Eddie Jensen the owner of the shop he told me it would be and additional $300.00 to get the mirror to match and that he would have to take my vehicle to a body shop to have the work done. I felt I had no choice since I had already spent over $1000.00 with taxes. About a week later I was at a Verizon phone center and ran into one of Eddies mechanics I asked him how my x5 was doing and what he told me not only shocked me but brought tears to my eyes, he stated that he no longer worked for Mr Jensen and that the mirror he replaced he bought at a salvage yard for $150.00 and then spray painted it with a can of $2.
