They were not honest about the price they were offering on a particular vehicle. I asked them what they were offering a certain car for and they said something 1000 dollars higher than what they had advertised on their Web site. Then, during negotiation they were not upfront about the existence of a $2000 manufacturers rebate, and instead claimed that the rebate was one of their few "certificates" given to them for selling a certain number of cars, and they would be kind enough to let me use it. As a result, I ended up paying more than I should have.
