On January 31st I ordered an accessory for my truck. After two weeks I sent an e-mail asking about my order. They replied saying their supplier had backordered the product and it would be another week. After another week I sent another e-mail and was told that they are upset too and it will be sent to me next week. About a week and a half ago, they quit replying to my e-mails and quit answering their phone, the message says they are closed until the next business day. I started a claim with PayPal and it was closed because the transaction was over 45 days. The company seems like they knew the 45 day cut-off with PayPal, because that was when they quit replying.
Now I cannot get my $46 back from PayPal, and they are no longer registered with eBay so my claim with them will do no good. For years I have had great and honest transactions with eBay and PayPal and now because of autoaccessory4u.com, I've had my first rip off and it had better be my last.
