On 2/12/08 I sent $64.94 to them Via PayPalfor an item. After several weeks I contacted Customer service. I was told the item was backorder unil the first week in March. I agreed to wait.
On March 03 I placed another order (Super Sale item) Again I send payment instantly Via PayPal for $44.89
I kept checking their web site for progress. After one week I attempted to contact them Via email No return messages. Then by phone, at least three times. On each attempt there was a taped message tateing Call during buiseness hours then after a pause another message "Mail Box Full" Call again.
That was when I contacted PayPal trying to recoop my money through their resolution center. On 3/22/08 PayPal informed me that the issue was resolved in my favor. But they have no resources to get me my money back as of yet.
I am really ticked off. John Philadelphia Pa.
