I paid $234 for a bumper for my car on 2/21. The money came out of my account through paypal instantly. Received a confirmation e-mail from the company and they said it would be shipped within 2-3 days. I called them the following day to ask them a question, they answered the phone, answered my question without a problem. The wait began. I called them the following week, no answer. I e-mailed them a few times.
After a few days they e-mailed me back stating that my bumper would not be shipped until Mon. Or Tues. The following week. Fine. The next week came, no product. I have e-mailed and called everyday since. It is now 3/24, no replies to any of my e-mails and no one picks up when I make my daily phone call. I disputed through pay pal and they ended the dispute in my favor, but they told me they cannot recover the funds because the merchant does not have the funds available in their account. I AM SCREWED.
I thought about small claims court but it would cost me more money in the long run, so I guess I have to take the loss. DO NOT buy from these people, I have been buying items online for years and this is my first problem. I will NEVER use PAYPAL ever again, go online and read reviews for paypal for yourself. I suggest NOBODY uses paypal because they are crooks too. I put in a complaint with the better business bureau but that will probably get me no where as well.
