On 18/12/07 I won an auction for an ebay item. Chopperstuffinc e-mailed me saying the goods were on back order

I heard nothing for 2 weeks so i e-mailed him and asked what was going on he said they were still on back order
4 weeks after that i e-mailed him again he said they were well over due and was expecting them in any time and as soon as they were in he would send them right out
Over the next few weeks i e-mailed and got any old excuse and after 90 days passed he just stoped answering me ebay wont do anything after 90 days and paypal wont do any thing after 40 days
So i guess i have to put it down as a big learning curv
but i will report this to every one out there so they do not have to go through this
This seller is a con artist who hides behind technicalities to steal your money!
