On EBay Refused to honor bid, lied about availability of merchandise Online

My husband placed a bid on eBay with eValueville and he won the item at a really good price. He emailed eValueville many times asking for an invoice and instructions on how he should pay for the item. He never received a response until about a week later. EValueville tells my husband that they'd sent him several emails and never received a response and so they considered the sale closed. My husband asked for copies of these emails they'd supposedly sent him and they refused to send them. When my husband asked them to honor the transaction they refused and said they no longer had the item in stock. Within days I saw an identical item for sale on eBay by eValueville.

My guess is that this unscrupulous company doesn't want to sell their merchandise if it doesn't bring in a high enough price. They lie and refuse to honor transactions that don't meet a minimum threshold.

The worst part of it is that they told my husband that if he left bad feedback for them they would in turn leave him horrible feedback! On eBay feedback acts as a kind of currency. I wonder how many other duped customers they've threatened in the same way.

Do yourself a favor a don't give these b*s any business.
