Ripoff stole thousands via ebay auction scam w/o delivering goods, sold inventory to someone else, lied to everyone, screwed dozens of others too

In January I purchased one cat condo on ebay for $107 from Chris J. Francis, who was to notify me of tracking number, but item was never shipped. This was a multiple-item auction involving other ebayers who bought a cat condo and were also ripped off.

After Chris received numerous negative feedbacks at ebay from persons he ripped off in this auction, ebay kicked him out. He is now in "inactive status." See this link:

He stalled us with lies until the time limit for refunds had expired, then he virtually vanished, ignoring our emails and not answering his telephone.
