Constant calls when not late and asking me to refinance to turn around and deny. Pittsburg?

Today is the 4th, my payment is due on the 1st and it was sent out on the 28th. I have a grace period and have asked Wells Fargo, via email and phone to not ever call me unless the loan is 10 days late as I do have a grace period. They have called me today a half dozen times and just a few minutes ago called again and finally left an automated message.

In the past they have called and requested to refinance and after the first time they denied me, I told them not to ask again. They called, and again, asked to refinance my loan. When I told them it was no use because they would not be able to help me, they said sure I can help. So, I let them try again and to be told, denied. I am tired of them asking me to refinance to be told they can't do anything for me. I also stated this in writing. I pay all my bills on time and I am not sure why they can't just leave me alone and chase someone that is past due.

I went to review my online billing today and they again, have charged me for things I was never made aware of. 10 here and there 19 here and there??? What is up with that?
