Almost two months into the warrantee period I had the air conditioner lock up on my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country. The repair facility submitted the claim by fax but checked the wrong box. The problem was detailed for the claims department to read. They rejected it and said there would be no rebuttle. I was appalled, to say the least.
I requested, and got, a cancelation and refund but this policy was handled in a manner that reeked of fraud and misrepresentation. When I called an agent, he replied in a monotone voice that the claim was reviewed and rejected, that I had no further recourse. Very unprofessional, rude and #$&*@-up!
