My new husband purchesed a 99 suzki esteem back in 1999. He could nolong afford the payments on the car, so he decied to turn the car back in the the finance company, aka, Triad Financial, aka, the F@%$ers from hell!
About three months ago we started to recieve phone calls from a law firm telling me that they are going to sue my husband and me for the remaing balance on the car. They are asking for 14000 dollars. Now Im no car sellsmen, but I know that that car was not worth 1 It was actually it was purchesed at about 9000, they sold it for 5232. I dont see where 14000 comes into play.
I am very pissed off, and I dont know what to do. I am sick of the phone calls, and harressment. Im not even sure if i am relly speaking to a law firm or a collection agency. The people that a calling a VERY RUDE, and Demanding that me and my husband send them a check for 2000 for this month, and 1000 every month until the debt is paid off. If he couldnt afford the car then, what makes them think that he can afford it now.
Please help me Anyone! These people must be stoped!!
